We request at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to other patients in need.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule to ensure quality care for all patients.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash and bank transfers. Treatment package payments and terms will be discussed during your consultation.
